Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order is prepared or shipped. Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline provided by the payment gateway or bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details if you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item.
Perishable Goods
Because our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a quality, damage, or fulfilment issue verified by us.
