Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared in small batches and may take 1-3 business days to process before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on customer location, courier availability, and serviceability. Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is created.
Serviceability
We may be unable to ship to some locations. If a location is not serviceable, we will contact the customer and cancel or refund the order where applicable.
Delays
Courier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, operational issues, or incorrect address details. We will assist with tracking where possible.
